Buyer Service Highlights.

There are many things a real estate agent must do to ensure their clients are getting the best service and ultimately the best home for their money. The following is a list of the obvious and not so obvious things I do to get my clients the best homes at the best prices and are not listed in any order of priority.
  • Explore all your options. My experience and knowledge of the overall Calgary market allows me to offer you options you may not have considered with regards to community choices.
  • Access to all the homes on the Multiple Listing Service. As a member of The Calgary Real Estate Board I have access to all of the listings on the Multiple Listing Service which is used by all the franchise and independant companies in Calgary to market their listings.
  • Setting up showings of homes. Setting up showings on the homes you are interested in requires phoning the listing real estate agents with the time request and acquiring any special showing information.
  • Buyers contract. I use a buyers brokerage contract to establish a professional relationship with my clients.
  • Exact matching. I show you only homes that meet your wants and needs. If I come up with any possiblities that stretch on your requirements I will consult with you first.
  • Negotiation strategies. I am an experienced and strong negotiator. I will represent you and only you in most negotiations in all single agency situations and will consult with you as to what negotiation strategies to employ and the possible outcomes of a variety of scenarios.
  • Home history search. Using all available resources I will provide you with as much history on value and sales for any property we will be writing an offer on.
  • Comparative Market Analysis. When we find the perfect home I will perform a comparative market analysis to ensure the home is priced right. This will also allow us to determine a starting point for price negotiations.
  • Detailed explanations on all contracts. I provide an overview of the offer to purchase on my website and will review all sections and schedules of the offer to purchase with you in detail at the time of writing.
  • Accessibility. My cell phone is on 8am to 10pm every day of the week and all clients have my home phone number and e-mail address.
  • Patience. I believe that your perfect home can be the first or the fiftieth that you see and I am willing to work with you until we find you the right home at the right price in the right place.
